7-Day Sovereign Return & Exchange Policy

1. 7-Day Doorstep Size Replacement

We take immense pride in our tailoring and finishing. If your ordered ensemble does not fit to perfection, you may initiate an exchange within 7 days from the physical delivery date via our portal or concierge support.

2. Conditions for Exchange / Return

• The ensemble must be unwashed, unworn, and devoid of perfume or makeup stains.
• Original Silk Mark tags, brand labels, and security ribbon seals must remain intact.
• Custom tailored or bespoke altered lehengas/blouses tailored to personal atypical measurements cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds for prepaid online orders are initiated back to the original source account (UPI / Bank Account / Card) via Razorpay within 3–5 business days following physical receipt and quality verification at our Mumbai atelier.
